New product in Birkiland: Stuðlar by Friðgerður

Stuðlar designed by Friðgerður Guðmundsdóttir is a new product in Birkiland. Friðgerður graduated as a product designer from Iceland Academy of the Arts in the spring 2009. In her designing she focuses on simplicity and practicality.

Stuðlar came into being as collaboration between Friðgerður and packaging department Oddi Printing. The object was to find a way to mass produce Icelandic product design by utilizing material and machinery already present in Oddi. See More
